The Journal of the North American Menopause Society published an article on dance, functional fitness, lipid profiles, and self-image in postmenopausal women.
Postmenopausal women struggle with controlling their weight, cholesterol and many other health problems. A new study in the Journal of the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) found that dancing was effective in lowering cholesterol, improving fitness and body composition, and self-esteem in postmenopausal women.
